Visit www.redlobster.com to locate your nearest Red Lobster restaurant.

Redemption Instructions for Servers

1. Manager Swipe Required: Redemption requires a manager to authorize the transaction.

2. Follow the same POS procedures used for plastic gift cards.

3. Instead of swiping, manually key in the 16-digit e-Gift Card number into the POS system to complete the transaction.

4. If a balance remains on the e-Gift Card:

• Return the printed e-Gift Card page to the guest.

• Provide a copy of the balance receipt for their reference.
